Average interview in difficulty, was asked maybe 5-7 questions, and got a tour of the hospital, nurses station and other areas. Interview was conversational at times, nervous at first but with the interview being conversational, it helped.

Supervisor and nurse supervisor interviewed. They asked a couple of scenario based questions and a couple about strengths and weaknesses in nursing and previous jobs They also asked about previous jobs
