I did a phone screen and then did an in person interview the following day and met with the CEO at the end of the week. I didn't get a chance to meet any members of their IT team beyond their IT manager. The CEO barely asked any questions in the final interview. I found it a bit odd that it took over a week to come back with a decision. On the positive the interview questions seemed relevant and when asked about certain aspects of the job I got fairly decent answers.
