Interview process was during a COVID lockdown - Two step video interview, one Manager and one Peer interview. The interview was a combination of behavioural and technical and both ran for an hour. The interviewers were experienced and knowledgeable about the role. They were professional but friendly and represented the company culture in a very authentic way

Too long and not well organized. Lacked communication and experienced what appeared to be a process where decision making was challenging. The people were friendly and the benefits were very good but the process needs much improvement. The company presented itself professional in many ways but there created several "red flags in the process that created doubt about their leadership, organization and decision making process.
