A recruiter from Orlando Health called to set up an interview. My interview was about 3 days later. I interviewed with a group/panel and was asked a lot of behavioral questions. Surprisingly no clinical scenario type questions. After they were done asking questions, they gave me an idea about what to expect in the unit and how they train their GN's. Everyone was very friendly and made me really comfortable. I would suggest looking up behavioral questions online and think about what you are going to say. Even though I did not get any nursing scenario type questions; it may be different for you. I would still review nursing interventions for life threatening/emergency type scenarios.
