The interview process is ridiculous. I have had multiple phone screenings, which resulted in being brought in for four different interviews, Every time I’ve been brought in for an inperson interview, they tell me that the position has already been filled! Why even waste my time, and yours if the position has been filled? At the end of EVERY interview, I ask what I could have done better in the interview and / or on my resume to make them select me as the candidate for the position. I always receive positive feedback and that my resume was perfect and I interview very well, and that nothing needs improved. Make it make sense…
