Several interviews on weekday morning meetings over Google Meet. Every single interview was rescheduled because admin was running late. One interview was with someone in admin who was supposed to be on the first interview but didn't show. They didn't show a second time, either. It felt disrespectul to my time--and this was the person who made the hiring decision. It seemed like the hiring would be an arbitrary decision, regardless of experience or professionalism (what I saw very little of). Worse than all of that, after two weeks of being strung along, no one ever got back to me. I was interviewed several times only to be ghosted. For a minimum wage parttime job.
