"You make too much money." I don't normally leave negative reviews like this, but I believe management needs to hear this feedback. I didn't make it past the HR phone screening, but the rep I spoke with was both uninformed on the role and shockingly rude. Not only was she unable to answer any questions remotely connected to the role, but when discussing salary expectations her exact words back to me were, "you make too much money." To say I was taken aback would be an understatement. Otsuka could be the greatest company in the world, but with an introduction like that I would never consider working there. I hope management addresses this type of behavior from it's frontline people representing its employer brand.
