I was approached multiple times throughout 6 months by Julie at Otterbeck builders. While I fully understand it is within any companies right to hire who they want. I don’t see the point in seeking out the same person multiple times, interviewing them multiple times, then ghosting them multiple times. Seems disorganized at best, borderline insulting at worst.
