1 hour interview with a US based Finance Leader. Great meeting with intention to bring onsite for round 2. I was informed I would get next steps within 2 weeks. That was the last I heard from the company. I was ghosted. The 3rd party recruiting agency representing me was also ghosted. You can glean much about the culture, and values and behavior's of a company via the recruiting process.
