The DEM was super kind, accessible and supportive throughout the interviews. I had one phone screen, one virtual interview and one final one in person. The questions were overall hard. Definitely not the questions you'd expect in any other job in the non profit field. Lots of behavioral and tricky ones. Overall I had a good experience, I didn't get the job but happy for the opportunity.
