3. Pair coding technical (~90 minutes), system design technical (~60 minutes), product interview with a PM (~45 minutes)
Everyone I spoke to was personable, enthusiastic, and intelligent. The company & personnel vibes from the intro recruiter call to my last interview were 10/10.

The coding technical prompt was to add functionality to an existing [dummy] codebase. Discussion was then conducted about the decisions I made, trade-offs, & possible future work.

The interview process includes 4 steps: Hiring manager interview, system design, technical assignment + discussion and final meeting with engineering manager. It took around 1 month to complete, but the feedback after each section was given quite fast.

Very straight forward and nice. Consisted of three stages: 1. Cultural interview, 2. Take home project, 3. Technical interview, using the take home project as base.
Everything felt clear and natural. It truly felt like there was an interest in finding the best suitable team for Oura and for me.
