The interviewing process was comprised of 3 interviews and 2 sets of exercises, being each set performed after an interview. Both the interviews and the exercises focused on exploring and evaluating how well a candidate can fit into the role, from a human and technical points of view. Overall, I felt quite motivated during the whole process!

Applied through Glassdoor, contacted within a couple of days later. The process was easy, normal hiring process. First, recruiter call and asked about self introduction, salaries, available date,etc. After that, required to do an email assesment. Another call with Senior and Customer Service Lead. Finally a Customer service test and that is all. All in all, a great interview experience, nice people and friendly chat within professional space.

First there would be interview with HR. After that, you will be given a written assessment. If you passed the assessment, you will be called for a face to face interview at their office. After that, there was another assessment, and the final interview with customer service team leader and People Success, APAC.
