Very short interview, maybe 5 minutes. Asked me questions about how I would deal with an unhappy customer, my desired pay, the hours and days I am available. She made it seem like I got the job and talked to me about the environment and said she would call me to officially schedule my training if I accepted and told me available dates, but I never received that call.
