11 technical questions related to .NET. What was written on the HR's answer sheet was set it stone, essentially if the interviewee's answers didn't match some words in the answers, then it's most likely wrong. Kind of hard to engage with HR that doesn't comprehend a rephrased meaning to programming answer. Take for example: What is the difference between a class and an object? I answered with: They are essentially the same, and the objects are created from a class. Classes create objects. -Wrong answer apparently. Tough crowd.
Also, the HR person was sounded like she was set on flunking anyone that doesn't have .NET background. When asked about web services, I stated that I knew what that was and it's general programming, and not specific to .NET, she immediately said "NOPE, it's .NET." A recruiter that's 100% sure of a programming answer...
I hope this review helps the company enhance its interview process.

I was contacted through the recruiter. Initially, it was brief, less than 30 minute phone interview. Then I was brought in a few days later for an in-person interview. I interviewed with 3 different panels in the same day. The panels varied in difficulty, but it was not bad. I was given an offer the following week.
