I did not apply for the position. I was contacted by the owner through LinkedIn. He messaged me to see if I would be interested and then set up an interview. He was late for the interview and I should have known then that deadlines were not important. The interview was casual like a conversation since we both spoke social. Owner was very polite however did not commit to the times we discussed for projects and responding to my work.
