The interview process was extremely informal. It started off with basic questions such as what your previous work experience was if any, and then continued to ask you why you wanted to work at Oves. Furthermore the interview process was more than just questions, it included a few days of walking around and seeing if you were a good fit for the actual job. They wanted to see how you interacted and got along with the other workers.
