Direct online interview in the morning. Five person maybe in different department in same time will ask you questions seperately. Around 30 minutes. They will keep asking different qustions in different criteria.

Do you enjoy you recent job duty?
After asking these question, the interviewee start introducing themself about the job content ,detail and the group member. Then we have a nice conversation in overall.

Ask lot about radar stuff. ILS, DME, the things learnt in university. Did it through microsoft teams and had 4 interviewers and one usually asked questions while others listen. They were very nice and quick in announcing the result ( within a week).
