There were three rounds of interview: 1. HR interview - associate and manager joined the interview, which is mostly about general and behavioural interview questions. 2. Senior VP interview - had two Senior VPs to join in the interview, which covers mostly the situational interview questions. 3. CEO interview - pretty much a casual chit chat and knowing your background.

Pretty standard 3 rounds of interview process. First round with HR, friendly and personable, got through rather easy as they were looking primarily at leadership and english skills. Second round with deputy chair, friendly man, few standard questions asking why apply for this role and questions on strengths and weaknesses. Last round with CEO, similar questions as deputy chair, but last round hard to get through.
