I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. During the initial call the recruiter described the opportunity in detail. Following that we scheduled another call to review my background. Next I had an in person interview with the manager and recruiter. Final interview was with the VP. The interviews are behavioral. They want to find out if you have the right personality for the position.
