I responded to an ad they placed online. A few days later, they contacted me to set up an interview in the NYC office. The initial interview consisted of meeting with another Researcher and a Senior Researcher/Senior Analyst. Both of them were friendly, outgoing, and really inviting. I felt relaxed and welcomed from the beginning. The second interview included the same people and a manager in London who was also friendly and pleasant. The people seemed wonderful to be around.
