Initially a phone call to review my experience and brief Q&A based on the required experience for the job. Then during the call an invited to interview on site with more Management the following week. Went to their location and was interviewed in one of their conference room by 3 people for just about 2 hours. Need the time to go through the Q&A and discussions.
