They had an initial excel assessment regarding compliance logic and monitoring IMAs quite easy not difficult but did measure the technicals. It was an hour assessment It tested my ability to use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and basic formulas to quickly interpret data and provide clear, accurate outputs. Overall, it simulated real portfolio compliance tasks, ensuring I could handle data accurately and efficiently under time pressure.
