The interview was arranged through a recruiter. They did a phone interview firster and arranged an on-site interview in their office to meet with department leaders. The interview was about 25 mins. They were very nice & asked a lot of job-related questions. Interviewers were really nice and friendly.

What is your favorite part with your previous job?
For a contract admin assistant position, there were 2 rounds. The first was with the direct supervisor and a Senior EA. The second was in office with the regional managers, supervisor, and the person you are going to cover. For the full time position, it is longer and the turnaround time is very long.

First round was a general screen with two employees where we walked through my resume. My second round was with one employee which was confusing as I had been told it was two people.
