Recruiter called me for a phone screening. Asked me 5 basic technical questions and aced them. Scheduled a phone interview. First part was behavioral, second part was technical questions. After a day I was asked to come onsite by end of week. Asked more technical questions and many more behavioral. They then showed me around. Got a call the same day with an offer.
