I applied online. Then, I was later emailed an assessment to complete online. I was called for an interview by Kenn, a recruiter. I went in for an interview. I later came back for a second interview. The entire process, from applying to getting rejected, was two and a half months. Though I easily met and exceeded all necessary qualifications and skills for this job, they gave the job to a friend of an employee instead. I wish they wouldn’t have wasted my time if they knew they were going to hire a friend of an employee instead. It is very hard to get a job here if you have never worked for PNC before or you do not know anyone who currently works there. They give most of their jobs to current employees and referrals of employees. During both interviews, the manager was super nice but gave me false hope. I worked for a prestigious local sales company for six months at the time, but she did not seem impressed. Also, if you do not have a very strong sales record from a previous job, do not bother applying here. If you’re under 25, I wouldn’t recommend applying here either, as there is major age discrimination.

All AI and no real people. Made you do a round of interviews that were one way and then made you do a videogame test that wasted your time. It's clear this company does not care to hire real people to talk to you.

You apply online. Then do a video HireVue interview. Which is where you record yourself answering about 9 questions and have 2 attempts doing so. Fairly easy, situational questions, but a little annoying for people who have never recorded themselves before. After that, a recruiter calls you for an in person interview. Which is pretty much answering the same questions you answered during the video interview. Then it’s the waiting game. They will continue conducting a million interviews even if you had banking experience and did well on your interview. So right now I am waiting for a call back to see if I got the position. My recruiter for my region in particular was very nice and easy to speak with. I’m currently waiting and hoping for the best now.

Straight forward interview. They asked general behavioral and technical questions, along with a few questions to get to know the interviewee better. It took a little while to hear back after first round though.
