Applied online for 2 or 3 positions and had no reply. Few months later applied for another position. Then, 2 to 3 weeks later a recruiter called me and scheduled a phone interview with the manager. Had the phone interview on the scheduled date and time with two managers. The phone interview lasted for about 30 - 35 mins. Had some technical questions with regard to the position. They said they will get back to me. But, they never did. Tried contacting the recruiter and the managers but no response.

An email to schedule a short call with an HR person to talk a bit about the position and then they schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. HR person remained contact throughout the process. 45 minute phone call with the manager.
