      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PNC Financial Services Group nel mese di mar 2024

      Colloquio

The first half of the interview process was a phone screen, then followed by a panel of team members asking about relevant experience and formalized questions. Then after two weeks, a second interview was scheduled with two new team members asking the exact same questions. Where that interview was different was being asked why I wasn’t applying for a position to go back to my previous company, then later followed up with a request for copies of two years of my performance reviews and a reference letter to be collected by recruiting, seemingly because there seemed to be an issue with me having won my previous company’s president’s circle award twice. Recruiting never asked for this information, but instead scheduled an additional one-on-one interview with the individual requesting that paperwork. When inquiring about the nature of the meeting, it was explained it was to go over the role in more detail. During the one-on-one, the first question was about the performance review collection. Then it was shared that this individual looks everyone up on LinkedIn, and shared he couldn’t find mine. I shared I never thought about using it because I never felt I needed to so. The individual begins to give me the assignment to create one, heavily implying my offer is contingent upon the creation of this profile, as individuals on their team had one. They even shared that they were moving quickly, so the sooner it was created, the better the outcome. A week after the interview, I followed up with recruiting for feedback as it was shared things were moving quickly. Almost two weeks later, I first received the automated email sharing I was not selected for the role. One minute later, the recruiter emails in response to my previous email, sharing an apology for the lack of response and sharing that the team completed the interview process and I was not selected— a conclusion I could have extrapolated from the automated email. The conclusion to this, as of this date, a search of LinkedIn shows only one individual with a LinkedIn profile for that job role, and it was one of the individuals with whom I interviewed.
