4-Step Process: 1. Initial video screen with HR 2. Interview with department manager (Round 1) 3. Interview and portfolio presentation with design leads (Round 2) 4. Interview with other company stakeholders (Round 3) HR is only responsive if you're moving to the next round. I made it to Round 2 and was told I'd receive more information within the next few days. I was instead ghosted for 2 weeks even when asking HR for a status update. HR suddenly replied to stay tuned for an update after the weekend, only to receive an automated rejection letter. What a waste of time.
