Applied online, job I originally applied for was given to an internal candidate but the recruiter liked me and passed me to another local recruiter who did the phone interview. I got scheduled for a branch interview with the manger we talked for about an hour. Couple of days later the recruiter called me with the offer.

Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
