sounds similar to what I've been through interviewing for a local hospital in New Jersey. The recruiters are unprofessional and looking for ways to not hire you. It seems to me these "managers" need to trained in how to hire people. They're probably only hiring their friends to work at the hospital, that's why they look for ways to eliminate the outside public who are trying to find a way in. So non-inclusive, especially for people who cannot speak a second language.
