The initial phone interview was a pretty standard call to assess my interest in the role. (Tell me about your current role, why are you interested in this position) I was invited in for an interview and also emailed a list of questions to respond to prior to the interview. I answeres each question thoroughly and emailed it back, and was disappointed that during the interview alot of the same questions were asked (the had obviously not read my answers). The interview was very casual and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable. The questions were very conversational and simple (How do you handle stress, tell me about your current role, what values are important to you). At the end of the interview the interviewer said they would be in touch with their final decision. It has now been several weeks and I still have not heard back from them, despite following up via email. Be prepared to be ghosted.
