      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PRISM+ nel mese di ago 2022

      Colloquio

      Throughout the interview process, it was questions asked by HR Offshore. The HR lady had negative or toxic manners or attitude. She asked me for my salary, to which I asked if I was obligated to answer the questions because it’s a personal question. The HR lady continued on and said “We are recording this call, and since we asked you this question, you are obligated to answer”— this coming from HR, it’s ridiculous toxic environment. Second, the HR lady did not take her time to read through my CV resume, got it all jumbled up and didn’t even read through to understand items. I have had a period where I had contracts (3-4 months) of work due to my university needing us to complete internships; however, I wasn’t an “intern”— I got a contract instead and worked for the relevant companies and was not an “intern”. The HR lady used that point to say that I was an intern hence it wasn’t a calculated experience without reading my resume on what I did during my internships . Last but not the least, the HR lady didn’t tell me that it was mandatory to share my screen when the tests are being done, it wasn’t even stated in the interview invitation— and she had the audacity to blame me during the interview saying that “BUT WE ALREADY TOLD YOU IN THE EMAIL INVITATION THAT WE WOULD BE RUNNING SOME TESTS”. Running some tests is not equivalent to mandatory to share screen whilst running the tests; I remained professional and tried to come up with ways to resolve the issues together instead of playing the blame game— it’s a horrible experience of being shamed, insulted and a case of not being able to have human rights to not answer a question I believe is personal to me.
