      Colloquio

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS COMPANY. Had a phone interview which went great. Got an email a few days later ''congratulating'' on getting another interview. The lady I was dealing with asked me for my availability for that week. Apparently my availability didn't suit the area manager. I then got an email a few days later asking for my availability for the following week. I didn't respond as I didnt have my work rota yet. The following day I got an email saying ''Any news on your days off?'' - which I ignored as I was in work. She then she started calling my phone 2 hours later. She rang twice in the space of 5 minutes and then TEXT my phone. She said that the area manager was actually free the following day (which previously I said I was free for but the area manager couldn't do). I replied really professionally and nice saying I was actually now working that day and couldn't make it. I said my availability for the following week and asked if that was any good - she said no. Apparently only Mondays are good. I then said I could do Monday afternoon and she replied with ''no monday only - how about next friday'' .... which made no sense as I just offered Monday. I then said the rest of my availability for that/the following weeks and asked if it suited. I got a reply with ''No :( what you availability the week after'' - She has now taken the her unprofessional texting to a whole new level using sad faces. As none of my availability suited the area managers ridiculous nearly non existent availability I assured her I would email her when I knew my rota for the week she was now asking about. A few days later she text me AGAIN asking for my availability. Knowing my rota could change as it was definite I told her the days I should be free and was met with ''what about this weekend?'' When I said I couldn't do it I got a reply saying ''tuesday?'' followed with a second text saying ''we need to get this wrapped up and need it done on this day''. Later that evening I accepted another job offer and text her to inform her and thank you for the opportunity - to which i got no reply. Absolute joke of a company. No professionalism whatsoever. Acted like I owed her this interview and seemed offended and shocked when I said i couldn't interview on the very specific times and days of the area manager. Within 5 minutes of her texting my phone I knew I didn't want to work for such a company. Have posted the phone interview questions below.
