Applied for the role via LinkedIn A few days later received an email from company recruiter, stating they would get back to me to schedule a formal interview, After a few emails trying to narrow down time, after a month or so, we were able to connect however now the role had already been filled. The posting went up again roughly a month later and sort of the same process, except this was apparently during an internal change in direction and a completely new role. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners. I spent close to an hour learning about the potential of the new role and recapped my work experience. A few days later, I received an email stating they had a lot of internal things they needed to work on prior to moving forward with the newly created role and that they would reengage once they figured out the direction of the role. Needless to say, that was over a year ago while new negotiator roles have recently become available.
