Behavioral interview where you went through a Oregon Trail style narrative problem statement - eg scenario is provired and you keep having to say what you'd do in that scenario

The interview process was very straightforward. First, I had an initial call, followed by two virtual interviews back-to-back. The first interview focused mainly on my previous experience and how I approached past projects. The second interview was more case-based, where they asked how I would handle specific situations, such as managing delays or solving scheduling challenges.
