It was not difficult to arrange a phone interview, and the recruiter called promptly.It was straightfoward and the recruiter was nice and friendly. The session took about 30 minutes. Half the interview was about myself and my current role, why I chose Palantir, followed by two brain teasers. The recruiter also advised that there will be four rounds of interview for this role.
I have a number in mind betwen 1 and 1000. You can make a guess and I can only tell you whether the number I have in mind is higher or lower than your guess, what is the most efficient way of guessing my number? Based on this method, how many tries would you need to arrive at the answer?
You work in a bank. By referring to data held by the bank only, you would like to find out whether a client is associated with someone outside of the bank. What data would you look at, and why?

They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.

Started with a quick review of my recent experiences and behavioral questions, and then jumped into a SQL interview. It was mostly a large code file which had a lot of bugs in it that had to be fixed.

There were 3 stages:
1. Chat with a currently deployment strategist (20 min)
2. Onsite interview: consisted of a 45 minute technical comprehension portion and a 45 minute decomposition portion
3. Interview with hiring manager (30-60 min)
After passing a round, they were very quick to get back to me, usually same day or end of the next business day.
