Applied on their website. They got back to me within a few days to schedule two back-to-back phone interviews. Each interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. Both interviewers seemed to really enjoy working at Palantir, and asked me intelligent questions. I guess I was nervous, and that made me fumble at bit.
