Referred from friend at Palantir, had call from recruiter and phone interview was scheduled (of about 40 minutes in length, with coding online). Was subsequently invited to onsite interviews a couple of weeks later, which consisted of three interviews, which were very informal (surprisingly so). Interviewers seemed unprepared. Heard back a day or two later and told that my technical skills weren't quite strong enough.
