1. recruiter screening call; 2: behavioral "decomposition" interview with deployment strategist; 3: in-person networking event at a conference; 4: 3-hour technical virtual "on-site." Didn't make it to the final round with the hiring manager. The whole process took more than a month, and required a great deal of energy and time. During my "on-site," one of my interviewers was so disinterested in what I had to say that I could tell that I wouldn't advance within a minute of speaking to her. After more than a week of not hearing back, I reached out to the recruiter and received an impersonal rejection email. I replied kindly asking for any feedback and was ghosted. I felt extremely disrespected that after investing a month of my energy and time, the recruiter didn't even bother to answer my email kindly asking for any feedback, and I believe it is a reflection of this company's lack of respect for their candidates. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The job market is soul crushing enough, companies should at least afford candidates with the courtesy of feedback in return for a month of their blood, sweat, and tears.

They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.
