Avoid this company. I applied and initially heard back from a recruiter fairly quickly. After a decent phone interview, I was told I’d receive an update by the end of the week—but I didn’t. Three weeks later, a talent coordinator emailed me to schedule a video interview for the same role, without introducing themselves or explaining what happened to the previous recruiter. When I asked, they said my original recruiter was still handling my application, but they would be scheduling interviews. Despite my hesitation, I went ahead and scheduled the interview. The invite simply stated that “someone from the hiring team” would be interviewing me, with no mention of who. The interview itself went fine, and the interviewer was pleasant. However, less than 24 hours later, I received a generic rejection email from the original recruiter. The entire process felt disorganized and disrespectful of candidates' time.
