I applied for the assistant manager position and received a response via phone from the regional manager a few days later. My interview was awesome and it lasted for over an hour. I told her about my background and she discussed every aspect of the company including pay, benefits, background of the company, her role with the company and we even chatted about every aspect of customer service and the market that surround the community for which I am being considered for. I honestly feel that she will be calling me back for the position because we covered many things that is not normally covered in an interview. I will know for sure if I get the position this upcoming week!!!!! I am really excited and look forward to becoming a part of the team!!!! I selected no for the offer because I am currently awaiting for an offer.
