Interview is a joke for their team. I faced a interview with their team HR and technical both. Interesting thing is that HR is also present in technical round while she already taken 30 min round. And the great and wonderful thing is that technical team asked only 2 questions and finished the interview. How they can judge any experienced candidate by only 2 questions while one was answered correctly. If you don't have the time to take the interview, you shouldn't call the candidate and don't waste thier time.
