Exhausting and frustrating to say the least. Had 9 total interviews with varying levels within the organization. These meetings were spread out over a month and a half and some were with two people via zoom, one person didn't show. Then had the standard presentation with the question being how to build a best-in-class website with no data and only what I could get access to from the site. I reached out to the hiring manager for more resources several times and was given a very limited google presentation with nothing usable but some blanket data. I spent close to 20 hours building what I felt would be a good POA on the site and barely made it through three slides before I was told I was going in the wrong direction. On the call, there were 7 people all of whom did nothing but tell me I was wrong or not right. Even the hiring manager (my advocate) didn't know how his site was built and told me I was wrong. It was easily the worst interview I've had. The whole thing was so poorly pulled together and a waste of my time.
It is extremely frustrating when you are asked to create a full plan presentation for a company using their data, knowing it may be a waste of time. You do this because you are at the end of the interview process and feel you are in a good position for the role. I understand why companies ask you to present but when you are given access to files and asked to sign an NDA, it is because they are going to get a plan that they can use. This is what I felt happened to me. I saw many reviews on Glassdoor stating this and I was hoping it was not true. I was wrong. I spent close to 20 hours on this presentation making graphs and illustrations not just a word chart. I presented, I answered questions and I heard nothing for a week, send a follow-up email to hiring manager and nothing. The next day I received a survey asking about my experience so I had to assume I didn't get the position. As of this time still no response. It is extremely disrespectful of my time to ask me to create a plan using real life data and I could not even get one of those generic copy and pasted HR emails about going with another candidate.

The interview process was not a great one. I went through a recruiter who then scheduled me to meet with a manager but the process took over 3 weeks.
I felt like there was unconscious bias at play. The manager had the assumption I wasn't qualified for the role even though he only asked me one question. He also kept describing the person he was looking to fill the role by using he/him pronouns even though I identify as female.
