this was an on campus placement opportunity. They had a 5 round interview process. After getting shortlisted for interview process, i cleared 2 of them. The no. of rounds werent specified earlies and we had no idea how many rounds we had to go to. Also the final list only contained all female candidates even there were many capable male candidates. If the wanted to hire females they could have specifically opened those for with proper filtered candidates.
