Manager called me in for interview at store. I went to store dressed in best clothes but have many facial piercings. I was told I could not have facial piercings in job with customers. I also have facial and arm tattoos (full sleeve on each arm). I had to remove all piercings and cover arms entirely at all times - even in summer when it was hot.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
