Very easy. The general manager was very nice and actually listened to my answers. The whole process was extremely simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend applying to a Panera near you. There was only three people in front of me. My interview was at 4:25 and I was out of there by 4:35.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
