Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Panera Bread (Tulsa, OK) nel mese di apr 2018
Colloquio
The interviewer seemed unprepared and uninterested in asking questions that would determine best-fit for the company. The interviewer violated privacy-related questions including asking about number of children, marital status, etc. that were unrelated to the job in question. She followed a set of computerized questions that asked only things about whether you had an felonies, willing to re-locate, etc. English wasn't the interviewer's first language and I felt that the language barrier, inhibited the process.
Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
