Initial phone interview. Very friendly/informative HR person. Asked great questions and was able to have more of a conversation than an "interrogation". Explained my roles and how I was involved in projects. Then I met with staff (executives?) members in the Pasadena Office. Assume that was successful because I had to take a Personality Assessment after it at home. Offer came after the assessment.
