I interviewed for a warehouse position at Papermart. I first had a phone conversation with Human Resources. I was then called in to sit with a couple of managers. The process was easy and the questions focused around experience and work objectives and DID NOT go into harder questions like “how does your life relate to your job”? The managers just want someone who understands their position and works hard.
