They called me in and asked me very basic questions like “why did I want to work there”, “can I do x amount of physical work in a 5 hour shift”, “how good am I with people”, etc.

Somewhat informal. Due to this particular store location being small, the interview was in-person, outside at tables nearby. Store had a separate application, and most interview questions were based off application questions rather than the resume provided.
